We offer a 7-day return request period, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return request, please contact us at beautylanepk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send any products back without receiving approval from Beautylane, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order number so we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

If you wish to exchange a product, you must first request a return for the original item. Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return request. If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed through your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
